Bidaro: offer before you are asked

Find hotel requests that planners opened to the market and offer before you are asked. Bidaro is a separately bookable add-on.

In short

• "Bidaro" appears in your top menu when the Bidaro add-on is booked.
• Planners opened these hotel requests to the market. They are waiting for offers.
• The planner sets the reach: local, regional or national, measured from the event location.
• Each card shows dates, location, rooms, how many offers were submitted and how long the request has been online.
• Save your search as a filter and tick an e-mail alert. Alerts only work with a saved filter.

How it works

1. Click "Bidaro" in the top menu.
2. Narrow the list down under "Event details": dates, conference rooms, rooms and participants. Click "Search".
3. Read the cards. "Offers submitted: 0" in green means nobody has offered so far: be the first.
4. Click "Show request / submit an offer". The request page opens in a new tab, and you offer as for any request.
5. Click "Save as filter", give the filter a name and click "Save as new filter". It appears in the filter list on the right.
6. Under "Notification settings", tick an e-mail alert, for example the daily one.

Good to know

• Bidaro shows hotel requests only.
• Reach: local means within 30 km, regional within 100 km, national in the same country.
• No saved filter, no e-mail.
• Bidaro is an add-on you book separately. On the Marketing page the card shows "Separately bookable" until it is booked.
