See your requests per client and act on open requests from the Requests Dashboard. With Professional or the Analytics product.

In short
  • "Customer Analytics" shows the same requests, seen per client.
  • Pick a group or client and click "Filter": chart and numbers show only this client.
  • A bar chart shows how the requests ended: booked, active, unanswered, declined and more.
  • The "Requests Dashboard" lists every request in one table, newest first.
  • Filter by the status "Unanswered" to see who is still waiting, then open the request with "Create offer".
How it works
  1. In Analytics, open the tab "Customer Analytics".
  2. Open "Group / Client", pick a client and click "Filter".
  3. Read how the requests ended in the bar chart.
  4. Read the figures: realized revenue (what you booked), potential revenue (what was on the table with your offers) and your response time, the average time in hours until you answered this client.
  5. Open the tab "Requests Dashboard".
  6. Set the status to "Unanswered" and click "Filter".
  7. Click "Create offer" on a request. The request page opens in a new tab.
  8. Click "Export as Excel" to take the list into your own reporting.
Good to know
  • Customer Analytics and the Requests Dashboard are part of Analytics, which comes with the Professional account or the Analytics product.
