Build your own offer lines with net prices if you are a location, caterer or service provider.
In short- Caterers, locations and service providers get the same request page as hotels.
- Instead of fixed rows, you build your own lines.
- Each requested item has its own table, with the client's line in grey on top.
- You enter net rates. VAT is added per line.
- Attachments inform, they do not bind. What counts are the prices in your lines.
- On the request page, click "Create new offer".
- Below the client's grey line, fill in your line: date, service, amount, VAT and net rate. Name the service in your own words.
- Need several lines for one requirement, for example staff, equipment or drinks? Click "Bid price component".
- Remove a line you do not need with its "Remove" link.
- Give every requested item a price. The net and gross totals add up all your lines.
- Under "Additional Documents", attach menus or floor plans and mark each file as information, T&Cs, floor plan or pictures.
- Continue as for any offer: terms, contact, check and submit.
- Uploaded offers are for information only. Put every price into your lines.
Why is my form different from the hotel form?
Locations, caterers and service providers build their own lines instead of filling fixed rows.

You can attach it, but attachments are for information only. What counts are the prices in your lines.
How do I offer several items for one requirement?
Click "Bid price component" to add a further line, for example for service staff.
