A request has arrived

Read a new request from top to bottom and know your options and your deadline.

Read a new request from top to bottom and know your options and your deadline.

In short
  • The client sends the request through MICE Portal. The link in the e-mail opens it, no password needed.
  • The link is your key for 14 days: read, offer, decline or confirm a booking, all without logging in.
  • Everything is on one page: key data, requirements, the client's message and terms.
  • The client's contact details stay hidden until you submit an offer, unless you accepted the MICE Portal terms of use in your account.
  • The offer validity is your deadline. After this date you can no longer offer or decline.
How it works
  1. Open the request e-mail and click the access link.
  2. Read the key data at the top.
  3. Read the requirements: what the client needs, day by day, with date, service, amount and further information. Read the planner's comment too, special wishes often stand there.
  4. Read the personal message for you and the terms the client wants: cancellation terms, deposit, payment, invoice address and legal notice.
  5. Check the offer validity: it is your deadline.
  6. Choose your option: "Decline request", "Send email to customer" or "Create new offer".
Good to know
  • Each link opens exactly one request. Your list of all requests is in the Partner Network.
  • If a request is still unanswered after 3 weekdays, an automatic reminder follows. Do not wait for it.

Can I ask the client a question first?

Yes. "Send email to customer" lets you write to the client before you offer.
