Understand your Profile Health score, what counts for it and how it affects your place in the planners' search.
In short- Profile Health is shown on "Records" for each type. A hotel can reach up to 50 points.
- The score is recalculated after you save and again every night.
- Two things count: what you fill in on the edit page, and how you handle requests.
- In the planners' search, matching the search comes first. Profile Health decides between similar results.
- Profile Health above 80 % plus an average answer time under 8 hours unlocks the "Fast response" badge.
- What you fill in: photos; facts, contact data and capacities; certificates and energy information; meeting rooms with seating; room categories with pictures; MICE Moments.
- How you work: you logged in within the last 6 weeks, you leave hardly any request unanswered, you answer within 8 hours on average, and you enter actual costs after events. For a hotel this is worth 9 of 50 points.
- The order of the planner search: terms of use accepted, then the match to the search (words, place, filters), then other factors such as Professional or ratings, then Profile Health as a tie breaker.
- Hover over the marker on the score bar: records with incomplete basic data rank lower in the planners' search.
- Planners see the "Fast response" badge on your result card and can filter for it.
- Profile Health is a tie breaker, not the main factor.
Where do I see my Profile Health?
On the "Records" page, on the card of each type you offer.
I filled in more data. Why has my score not changed yet?
The score is recalculated after you save and again every night. Give it a moment after saving.
Does a high score put me at the top of every search?
No. Matching the search comes first. Between similar results, the better score ranks higher.
How do I get the "Fast response" badge?
You need both: Profile Health above 80 % and an average answer time under 8 hours.
Can I raise my score without changing my profile?
Yes. Log in regularly, answer every request quickly and enter actual costs after events.
