Fill in your capacities, meeting rooms and hotel rooms so planners can find you with their filters.
In short- Start with the overview: number of rooms, the largest group, total area, largest room and ceiling height.
- Your maximum conference capacity is a filter: a planner searching for 120 people finds you only if it says 120 or more.
- Planners also filter by event formats and equipment. Pick everything you really offer.
- Add one card per meeting room, with size and the number of people per seating layout.
- Every empty number is a filter you miss.
- Open the edit page, tab "Conference rooms", and fill in the "General information" card, including "Max. Conference Capacity".
- Choose your event formats and equipment.
- Fill in the card of each meeting room: name, width, length, height and area.
- Enter how many people fit in each seating layout the room allows. There are six layouts.
- Click "Add new conference room" for every further room. Every room needs a name.
- Hotels: on the tab "Rooms", enter the total number of rooms and the room amenities, then one card per room category with room type, number of rooms, average size, amenities and pictures.
- Save each tab.
- Planners see every filled seating layout on your profile. Empty layouts simply do not appear.
- Seating layouts are not a search filter, but filled layouts count for your Profile Health.
- The total number of hotel rooms is a planner filter too.
Why does my venue not appear when a planner searches for 120 people?
