Pictures that sell

Upload, sort and save the pictures that represent you in the planners' search.

In short

• Your main pictures sit at the top of "General information" and represent you in the planners' search.
• Picture 1 is your cover. It shows on your Records card and first in the search results.
• You upload one picture at a time: JPG, PNG, GIF or WEBP, up to 10 MB each.
• New pictures and a new order are only stored when you save the tab.
• Each of the first five main pictures adds a point to your Profile Health.

How it works

1. Open the edit page, tab "General information".
2. Click "Add Image". A new empty tile appears.
3. Click the tile to open the upload window and choose one picture.
4. Sort with the arrows: each click moves a picture one place. The bin removes it.
5. Move your best picture to the first place. There is no cover button: the first picture is the cover.
6. Click "Save and continue" to store the pictures and their order.
7. Add pictures to the other galleries: on "Amenities" for inhouse amenities, wellness and sports, and gastronomy; on "Conference rooms" for each meeting room; on "Rooms" for each room category.

Good to know

• Pictures stay with their place: a spa picture belongs on "Amenities", not among the main pictures.
• Each type you offer has its own galleries.
• "Upload Floor Plan" takes a picture or a PDF, up to 10 MB.
• Profile Health: up to five main pictures count for hotels and locations, up to seven for service providers. Each room category counts with two or more pictures.

Frequently asked questions

How do I choose my cover picture?

Move it to the first place with the arrows and save. The first picture is always the cover.

Which file formats can I upload?

JPG, PNG, GIF or WEBP, up to 10 MB each. Floor plans can also be PDF.

My new picture disappeared. Why?

Pictures are only stored when you save the tab. Upload it again and click "Save and continue".

How many pictures should I upload?

Aim for at least five main pictures. Each of the first five adds a point to your Profile Health. Show the real rooms in daylight.
