In short- Users, e-mail addresses and the invoice address are kept under "Settings".
- Every user holds one role, and each role goes to one person.
- The role decides who receives which requests. Every user has the same rights.
- An e-mail address that already belongs to another supplier cannot be used.
- Also check "Contact For Request" and your invoice address in the same place.
- Click "Settings" in the top menu.
- Open the card "User Access Information".
- Click "Add Another User".
- Enter name, phone and e-mail address, and choose the language.
- Choose the role. Roles that are already taken are not offered.
- Click "Create user". Your colleague now has a block with "Save User" and "Delete User".
- Open "Contact For Request" and check which e-mail address receives which kind of request.
- Open the invoice address card and keep it current.
- Roles are about routing, not permissions. A Reservation Manager can do the same as a Convention Sales Manager.
Can two colleagues have the same role?
No. Each role goes to one person. If a role is taken, it does not appear in the list.
Do roles limit what a colleague can do?
No. Every user has the same rights. The role only decides who receives which requests.
Why is the e-mail address rejected?
An e-mail address can only belong to one supplier. Use an address that is not yet registered for another supplier.
Which fields are required?
Name, phone and e-mail address are required.
Where do I set which mailbox gets requests?
In "Contact For Request" under Settings.
