In short- After you sign in you always land on "Marketing", your home page in the Partner Network.
- A badge shows your account level. The Basic account is free for every supplier.
- "My listing" and "My settings" are active for everyone. Start with "My listing".
- "My requests" and "My analytics" come with the Professional account. "My advertising" and "BIDARO" are add-ons you book separately.
- A click on "Unlock" or "Book now" opens a request form for MICE Portal. Nothing is booked by the click.
- The welcome area greets you with your business name and shows your account level, for example "Basic account active".
- Scroll to the free Basic section: "My listing" (information, photos and matching categories that help planners find you) and "My settings" (your account, the billing address and your login details).
- Below you see the Professional cards with a lock and the add-ons marked "Separately bookable".
- The top menu: "Marketing" is this home page, "Records" holds your listing, "Settings" holds your users and addresses.
- "Analytics" appears in the top menu when you have Professional or the Analytics product. "Bidaro" appears when you have booked the Bidaro add-on.
- The user menu under your name: "My Listing" brings you back home, "Database" opens the supplier search, "Logout" signs you out.
- The globe switches between English, German and French.
- Paid features are labelled: "Upgrade required" for Professional, "Separately bookable" for add-ons.
What is included in the free Basic account?
My listing and My settings: you maintain your profile, your account, the billing address and your login details.
I clicked "Unlock". Have I bought something?
No. The button opens a request form for MICE Portal. Nothing is booked by the click.
Why is there no "Analytics" in my menu?
Analytics appears only with the Professional account or the Analytics product.
Where do I edit my profile?
Under "Records" in the top menu, or with "My listing" on the Marketing page.
