In short- You sign in with your e-mail address and password on the MICE Partner Network start page.
- You may be asked for a 6-digit code that goes to your e-mail address. It is valid for 30 minutes.
- You can skip the code for 30 days. This applies to your account on every device.
- "Forgot your password?" sends you a reset link that is valid for one hour.
- The globe switches the page between English, German and French.
- Open the MICE Partner Network start page and enter your e-mail address and password in the sign-in card. The eye icon shows what you typed.
- Click "Sign in".
- If the card asks for a verification code, check your e-mail and enter the 6-digit code.
- Tick the 30 days option only if it suits you, then click "Verify".
- Forgot your password? Click the link below the password field, enter your e-mail address and request a reset link.
- Open the e-mail and click the link. Enter your new password twice, save, then sign in with it.
- You have five tries per sign-in. After five wrong codes, wait five minutes.
- The reset page shows the same answer for every address. This is on purpose: it never reveals whether an address has an account.
No code arrived. What can I do?

No. It applies to your account on every device, so tick it only if that suits you.
My reset link does not work any more.
