Register your business in the MICE Partner Network in four short steps.

In short
  • Registration starts on the MICE Partner Network page: click "Create" under "New here?" in the sign-in card.
  • Four steps: your supplier type, your company details, invoice and VAT details, and your own login.
  • The supplier type decides which fields and tabs you get later.
  • Finish within 30 minutes, or the wizard starts again at step 1.
  • Planners see your listing only after MICE Portal has approved and activated it.
How it works
  1. On the MICE Partner Network page, click "Create" in the sign-in card.
  2. Step 1: pick your supplier type, for example hotel, location or caterer. Choose the one that fits your business best.
  3. Step 2: enter your company details: name, address and contact details, the way planners will see them. Hotels also enter the number of rooms, conference rooms and the largest number of participants they can host. Click "Next".
  4. Step 3: enter the invoice address, the operating company with its VAT ID and the commercial register number (optional in France). Tick both boxes: terms of use and data protection. Click "Next".
  5. Step 4: create your own login: your role, e-mail address, name, phone and language. Click "Submit".
  6. MICE Portal checks your registration. Meanwhile you can already add pictures and information to your listing.
Good to know
  • Have your VAT ID and commercial register number ready before you start.
  • Without both consent boxes ticked you cannot save changes to your listing later either.
  • The login from step 4 becomes your user account. You can add colleagues later in Settings.
Frequently asked questions

Which supplier type should I choose?

The one that fits your business best. It shapes your listing: for example, a hotel gets fields and tabs for rooms. You can add further types later.

What do I need for step 3?

The invoice address, the operating company with its VAT ID and the commercial register number. In France the register number is optional.

Why did the wizard start again at step 1?

The wizard keeps your entries for 30 minutes. If you take longer, it starts over.

When can planners find me?

Only after MICE Portal has approved and activated your registration. Until then you can already work on your listing, so you are ready on day one.
