How it works

1. Planners search MICE Portal and pick the suppliers that fit their event.
2. Each picked supplier gets a request by e-mail.
3. In the MICE Partner Network you keep your listing, your settings and, if booked, your numbers in Analytics.
4. Every request has its own page. The link in the request e-mail opens it without a password.
5. On the request page you create your offer, or you decline the request.
6. The series follows your journey in four stops: Getting started, Your profile, Requests and offers, and Grow (Professional and add-ons).

Good to know

• Pictures, address, contacts and capacities count in your Profile Health.
• After the offer validity date, a request can no longer be answered. Fast answers and few unanswered requests count in Profile Health too.
• Roles decide who receives which requests. In Settings you choose which address gets them, and your e-mail addresses also count in Profile Health.

Do I need a password to answer a request?

No. The link in the request e-mail opens the request page directly. You need your password for the MICE Partner Network, where you keep your listing and settings.
